Erin Skinner is a healthcare and corporate attorney whose career in healthcare began in 2007, advising founders, executives, and boards on regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and complex transactions across the healthcare and health-technology industries. She provides fractional general counsel services to healthcare, health-tech, and growth-stage companies, giving clients senior in-house legal judgment across corporate, regulatory, employment, and commercial matters.

Erin has deep experience structuring management services organization and professional corporation (MSO/PC) arrangements across multiple states and clinical settings, including behavioral health, telehealth, and clinical laboratory operations, along with the corporate practice of medicine, Stark Law, and anti-kickback analysis required to keep those structures compliant. She has guided healthcare mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations from entity formation through closing and post-closing integration, and has supported legal due diligence on capital raises exceeding $200 million.

Before founding her own practice, Erin served as General Counsel at a nationwide dental staffing and technology platform and as Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer/General Counsel at a nationwide healthcare staffing and technology platform, where she built legal, compliance, and HR functions to support national growth, including managing App Store and Google Play submission compliance and advising on the legal and regulatory considerations of AI-enabled product features. Her earlier in-house roles include Assistant General Counsel at a revenue cycle management (RCM) company and Corporate Counsel for Regulatory Compliance at a healthcare technology vendor, along with more than six years at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, where she worked on Stark Law rulemaking, Open Payments guidance, and Medicare Part C and D compliance program development.

Erin holds a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
